Governments are lacking in Uniformity to the United States Government and other State Governments 04 07 2015
We have a problem that is Unconstitutional and not been addressed.
I will have to look this up.
But states are allowed to meet laws to tailor to their individual needs, which means when they are unique. The standard of uniqueness has been off so that they are creating laws that are not based on something that is unique to their state.
Also I believe when one law is created in one state per the Constitution it is meant to be valid in every other state too. And we have seen state after state at odds on the same issues.
The problem is that we need Government oversight at the Federal Supreme Court level to rapidly keep the lower courts in line or also side with them.
What all of this amounts to is a lack of credible people at the level of Supreme Court and Government.
When I just read that a Wisconsin State Supreme Court Judge was choked because she was at odds with a man on Scott Walkers Act 10 that eliminated collective bargaining I realize we have a lot of people who never should have become judges sitting on the bench. That criminal behavior (choking) has no place in any profession.That Judge would have been well within her rights to pull out a gun and shoot the other judge dead for it in self defense!

Many Constitutional Violations exist in our Country today that need to be gone!
